We are so encouraged by Kate’s progress. Kate says, “I consider myself to be fairly physically fit and healthy”, so when she first came to us for treatment it was to address a few very specific issues. In 2011 I suffered a fracture in my left foot. After almost one year of rest and therapy I was still plagued by daily pain and limping after any sort of active exercise. But within two treatments at Spinal Health & Wellness, I no longer woke up limping on my foot. With each treatment, the mobility in my foot increased and the pain decreased. After nearly six weeks of treatments I was able to finally run without severe repercussions (pain and limping). Dr. Dolly Garnecki has dramatically improved my quality of life!”
